Age Without Limits Day will take place on Wednesday 10th June 2026.
Age Without Limits Day is an annual day for us all to come together and take action to end ageism - as individuals, with friends and family, in our communities and in our workplaces.
A day of collective action
We’ve been building a movement for two years and 2026 will be our biggest year yet. In the run-up to the day, we’ll share stories, resources, and ways to join in.
On the day, expect events, conversations, and activities across the UK. Whether you’re part of a group, a workplace, or acting solo, there’s a way to get involved.

Age Without Limits Day 2025
Over 80 groups and organisations hosted events to celebrate ageing and challenge ageism, with thousands of people taking part across the country.
