Age Without Limits Day is an annual day for us all to come together and take action to end ageism - as individuals, with friends and family, in our communities and in our workplaces.
A day of collective action
We’ve been building a movement for two years and 2026 will be our biggest year yet. In the run-up to the day, we’ll share stories, resources, and ways to join in.
On the day, expect events, conversations, and activities across the UK. Whether you’re part of a group, a workplace, or acting solo, there’s a way to get involved.
