Shared History is recognising the Action Day through the production of a podcast that will be made by and with adults from Brighton and Hove Seniors Housing in collaboration with students from Sussex University. They will share illuminating stories from lives rich in history, told with pride.

Three Score Dance Company is hosting the event 'Move and Be Moved'.  Dance activities aimed at people aged 60+ full of fun warm ups, mini routines and creative tasks that get people talking, moving and enjoying time together. Classes on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday that are open to everyone with and without experience.

A photographer will take photos of existing and new dance attenders which will be curated into an inspirational online exhibition of older people expressing creative and everyday-inspiring identities. and online photography exhibition of older people.

Tea, cakes and learn

An event will take place at Westmeston Parish Hall on 20 March 2024 to mark the Age Without Limits Action Day. The event is open to the public, who are invited to drop in between 2 and 4pm for tea and cakes and learn more about what we can all do to change the way we think and act about age and ageing. A quiz will be run from 2.30 pm.
