As part of Age Without Limits Day and brought to you by Ageing Well Bath & North East Somerset, we are delighted to invite you to two free workshops.
Wreath making
From 10am to 12pm, join us at Age UK Bath and North East Somerset, James Street West, Bath, BA1 2BT for a free, hands-on wreath making workshop – a friendly and inclusive space to get creative, try something new, and connect with others in an intergenerational group.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a confident crafter, come and enjoy a relaxed morning full of colour, laughter, and creativity.

All materials provided – just bring your imagination

We are also delighted to a free Cookie Making & Play Session – For Toddlers, Parents/Carers & Older Community Members, a warm and playful space to create, connect and have fun across generations. Whether you're rolling dough, playing nearby, or enjoying a cuppa and a chat, there's something for everyone.
✨ What to expect:
A relaxed, fully supported session for toddlers aged 2–4
Parents/carers stay throughout – join in or take a breather with a hot drink
Cookie making led by a friendly instructor with support from play workers and local older community members
All ingredients, play materials, and trained support included – just bring yourselves!

These intergenerational events will bring older and younger people together through shared interests and activities.
A crafting session will encourage skill-sharing between older and younger adults, while a baking session will see older adults and toddlers making biscuits together, supported by a trained early years worker.
These activities celebrate ageing, foster connection, and challenge ageist stereotypes by demonstrating the value of intergenerational relationships.
