Age UK County Durham and Adventure Access: Celebrate Ageing, Challenge Ageism

Age UK Co Durham working in partnership with Adventure Access will be hosting canoeing and paddleboard sessions on the River Wear in Durham City to Celebrate Ageing and Challenge Ageism.

Sessions are open to all adults aged 50yrs+ living or working in County Durham. 

Delivered by fully qualified instructors the sessions are suitable for all abilities. Instructors will work closely with individuals who are not particularly water confident.
