🌿Beyond Limits: Cooking & Creativity Event 🌿

To mark Age Without Limits Day 2026, Arachne Women’s Support is hosting a community cooking and sharing session on Tuesday 9th June, 10am–1pm at their venue in Islington.

Around 20 women aged 65+ will take part in a relaxed, friendly session where we cook together, share food, and reflect on ageing, creativity, and the limits society places on older women — as well as those we place on ourselves.

All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Participants are welcome to come as they are and enjoy cooking, conversation, and connection in a welcoming space.
