The Veterans Hub Weymouth & Portland CIC

For Age Without Limits Day, we are hosting an intergenerational community open day in partnership with Veterans Hub Weymouth & Portland CIC, The YOU Trust, and First Point. The event will welcome all ages to celebrate ageing, challenge stereotypes, and promote wellbeing and connection.

Activities include free refreshments, live music, gym tasters, crafts and knit and natter sessions, and myth-busting bingo. First Point will offer advice and support on housing, health, and community connection. Cycling Without Age will provide inclusive rides. The day will launch ongoing intergenerational activities and reduce loneliness and isolation locally while fostering inclusion, confidence, and experiences.
